Villaggio Breaks Ground On Townhome and Office
Components of Mixed-Use Development
(Bossier City, LA) - May 26, 2011 - Villaggio,
the first mixed use development in Bossier-Shreveport,
has broken ground on The Townhomes at Villaggio and The
Offices at Villaggio. Both components are part of the
master plan for the 64 acre development on Highway 80
and I-20 in Bossier City. |
VILLAGGIO MAIN STREET RETAIL DISTRICT
GRAND OPENS THURSDAY
(Bossier
City, LA) - November 3, 2009 - Villaggio Main Street - the retail
district in the multi-use Villaggio development - grand opens Thursday,
November 5. A ribbon cutting ceremony begins at 9:30am at entrance of
Villaggio Boulevard and culminates with two hot air balloons ascending
over development when ribbon is cut at 10:00 am. |
VILLAGGIO ENHANCES LOCAL SKYLINE WITH PLACEMENT OF ROOF
AND FLAG ON TOP OF 45 FOOT CLOCK TOWER THURSDAY
(Bossier City, LA) May 14, 2009 - The roof and flag of the 45-foot Villaggio clock tower will be set in place with a special crane used for
projects of this size and height. The Tuscan styled roof includes the
projects signature flag and a special lightening rod. A designated area
will be provided for media interested in covering the placement of the
Villaggio Clock Tower roof. |
GIBSLAND BANK & TRUST NEWEST ADDITION TO VILLAGGIO
(Bossier City, LA) - JULY 21, 2008 - Gibsland Bank & Trust will be the newest addition to Bossier City's
Villaggio development according to The Good Companies and NAI Latter &
Blum Real Estate Services. The bank, its first branch in Bossier Parish,
will be located at one of the main entrances to Villaggio on Highway 80.
